These are in person Sessions. Fundamentally we are vibrational beings. Everything is made up of vibration. Our consciousness, as well as our emotional, and physical bodies all have a vibrational pattern. When we are ill or imbalanced it is expressed through a vibratory pattern. Through the process of entrainment ( a form of synchronization related to sound frequency) we can liberate and re-pattern mental, emotional and physical dis-ease back into a natural state of health. One wonderful aspect of sound healing is that sound bypasses thought patterns and is helpful is liberating rigid patterns of thinking. Another fun Fact: Our own voice can be our most profound healing tool!
