Have you experienced challenging or traumatizing events that still seem to linger? Do you find yourself up against the same kind of pattern or person or scenario again and again? Our bodies store memory. Often when we have experienced something that is "too much to handle" it can get trapped in our nervous system. In an attempt to process the trapped "event" or "memory", the natural intelligence of life (that we are and are a part of) continues to draw similar experiences into our lives until we can turn towards and process the pain.
